"Cipher City" is a Power of Veto competition which originated in Big Brother Eruption.

In this mental competition, houseguests must follow a trail of encrypted clues throughout Tengaged to find a specific task.
Shawn begins the challenge by posting the first clue, to which the answer will be a former SBB houseguest. Houseguests must de-code the clue, and then follow it to the first blog of that former houseguest to get their next clue.
Houseguests will encounter five different ciphers while following the clues. Two of these ciphers are iconic SBB ciphers used in various other competitions, Caesarian Shift and Morse Code, while the other three are new ciphers.
At the end of the trail of clues, houseguests will receive instructions of a more complex final task they must complete, with included instructions on how to declare themselves as the winner.
The first houseguest to complete this final task and declare that they've finished it will win the Power of Veto.
